Question about 1996 Plymouth Voyager

Won't start new cam and crank senser, coil good, check engine light blinks code 43, all i get is a fart and bang when trying to start it. after trying to start it i smell gas.when trying to start it acts like it wants to start but only on 2 or 3 cylinders

The timing belt is possibly out a tooth or so. you need to check the timing marks on the crank and crankshaft. If they aren't lined up correctly... make the adjustment.
