Look in the glove compartment on left hand side should be a little door. if not it would be under the dash board by the brake peddle. if not there, look under the hood for the relay.

Where are the fuze panels on a 94 pontiac grandprix

There is an interior fuse panel located on the passenger side of the dashboard. If you open the passenger door on the side of the dash you will see a cover that has a finger pull. Lift it off and you will find the fuse panel directly behind it.

My heater does not blow any air out at all

You should first check the fuse, followed by checking the fan relay and fan switch, if you are able to use a volt/ohm meter, simply chase the circuit and test each component.

1994 pontiac grand prix leaking water

It sounds like either the heater valve which may be located inline with a 5/8" hose or 3/4" hose or the heater core is leaking, a heater core is like a small radiator.
