Question about 1989 Land Rover Range Rover
My rover starts ok when cold (though runs a little rough) but when driven a bit and car warms up and you shut it off....then try to start it again a few minutes or more later - will not start, just cranks but no fire
this problem is KILLING me - can't figure it out help!! :(
Check or replace the coolant temp switch. they are cheap and in my truck it controlled the pcm's lean or richen function. which after warmed up changed the mixture.

Check the fuel pressure when the vehicle is cold and compare it with when it's hot. Also check the fuel return dump valve , that this isn't returning too much fuel.
