1996 Chevy Blazer Wont run

Tried multiple times to repair this pile of junk and every attempt is just a waste of time. Changed all plugs and wires. a couple different relays. the fuel pump. the spindle and rotar cap. Went out one night in the blazer came home everything was fine. Got in the car the very next day started good drove up to the corner of the street and died. No sputter. no ****. no power loss. Just ok. then motor off. the starter turds just doesnt fire..

POPING IS A IGNITION PROBLEM (MAY BE VALVE)? BUT IT WAS RUNNING. CORRECT..NOW FIX THE FUEL PROBLEM AND DO A MAJOR TUNE UP.. CAP/ROTOR/WIRES/AND PLUGS. GET IT RUNNIG FIRST DO NOT COMPLICATE IT

Random or miltiple misfires,on 1996 chevy blazer. We have tried everything.any ideas. done tried new cap,wires,plugs,distributor....etc....help?

If you have no check engine light it's more than likely the Timing Belt/Chain system needing repair. If you have a check engine light it is probably the cam or Crank position sensor sending bad signals. If you hadn't said you replaced the cap and distributor already I would point you to checking the inside of the cap to see if someone took a pencil to the inside, very old trick.
