While driving the looses power, the check engine light and the EML ? light comes on, and I do not know what it is.

- I forgot to shut my 2000 323 off before going X-MAS tree hunting, got back 4 hours later, cars entire cooling system blew up, (yes, blew up!) I replaced the expansion tank, hoses, thermostat housing, ect.. runs great for 10 seconds after started, but then the eml light comes on, and it seems to drop a few cylinders?
