You must remove the dash assembly. and remove the hvac box.

I have a 99 gmc sanoma there is a vacume leak some wears there is a vacume line running throu the driver side finder well and i dont know wear it goes


Have an assistant blow cigarette smoke in the end of the line and look for the leak under the dash,
Thinking that goes either to the brake light switch or the heater control

I HAVE A 1995 GMC SANOMA AND I NEED TO REPLACE THE U JOINTS AND CARRIER BEARING !


if you don't have a u joint or bearing press it is very difficult to do, best bet is to reove the drive shaft and have a machine shop do the swap for you

There is no replacing of the inlet outlets on a heater core. You will have to replace the heater core.

The heater still won't work after I changed the thermostat on my


Get a female garden hose adapter from the local hardware store. Disconnect the heater hose from behind the fan pulley and attach the hose connection. Disconnect the other heater hose behind the alternator, aim it towards the ground and flush water through the heater core. This worked on my truck.

Need to check your coolant level, that is the first culprit...It has to be full in order to circulate in the heater core...
