Yes , replace the stepper motor inside the instrument cluster . The speedometer sensor as you call it is actually a VSS - vehicle speed sensor. If the transmission shifts good an engine runs good it's not the VSS bad. You have to know how it works to fix it . The VSS is an input to the PCM/ECM - engine computer , The PCM/ECM calculates engine speed then sends this info to the instrument cluster over the serial data communication bus . No it will not.Bit of modification is needed.95 is newer and 93 is older.Its not impossible,but will need some RnD
