- i finally solved the parking brake problem. but now i have two other problems. one is that my trunk won't open. when i push the electric button on the inside, it just goes up and down like something won't let it go. i only have one key and doesn't do anything for the trunk. it won't even turn it. the other thing is that i can't the automatic transmission to switch gears on its own. i have to switch gears myself. can anyone give me some advice. also, thanks might thor for all your help.
