First, go in corner and cry. Second, grab a good strong drink. okay ready to start....Cylinder head SHOULD come off. The reason behind this is that when you re-thread the hole, the fillings from the tap will go into you combustion chamber (BAD). Best place to go to get the tool would be your local auto parts store. they may have kits there that you can buy. If you don't want to take the head off. could try and sticking a vaccum beside it and hope that it gets most of the stuff

NOTE If possible, replacement of the head bolts is suggested.

You have two bolt sizes the shorter or smaller of the two sizes is called M10 the torque is 22ft lbs +65 degrees +65 degrees again The larger of the two bolts is called a M12 the torque for these are 26ft lbs +65+65. There is a tightening order staring at the top center bolt and working in a circle They have to be torqued in three steps.
