The brake rotors are warped.. its nothing major, but need turned by a machine shop, or replaced... they are cheap to replace and that is usually the best bet...

My stearing oil leak away from my stearing system

Inspect the source of leakage. (Power steering pump,
clamps, discharge or high pressure pipe, suction or low side pipe, rack and pinion assembly).
- Vibrating while braking means the front wheel brake rotors are warped or rear brake drums are eccentric. (Tooling is required)

How To Repair Ford Taurus

if the steering wheel is vibrating it may only be tire balancing ,, but whoever put on the tires should have done this ,,, if you jack up te car in front ( and do use axle stands ) catch the wheel top and bottom there should be very little play in it when you rock it ,,, try the same across the wheel ie quarter to 3 ''' if you find excessive play a bearing or steering linkage part is worn ,,,alignment wont cause vibration only uneven tire wear ,,,,,check the play asap because if a balljoint of steering part is badly worn this could become dangerous

Put in new power steringpump and house on 1999 ford taurus now it keeps blowing off powerstering cap. pushhing out fluid.

When installing power steering pump you should lift front of car up. Fill reservour up with fluid and trun steering wheel with ignition off about 5 to 8 times full revolution. This will take air out of system. Also make sure that lines are connected correctly. It sounds like there is possiblilty of are in the system.

Vibration in steering

You will have to be a little more specific about the problem. At what speed does the steering wheel vibrate? Does it change when you steer right or left? Does it change when you press on the break?
