If this is something you have never done , best left to someone that has...engine damage can occur if not done 100% properly.
If you feel your able to do it...get a Chiltons or Clymers manual....it will have you all the steps needed. These can be obtained at any major parts store.

After looking at the Diagrams, if you are having a problem with locating the marks on the Cam Sprocket LOOK at the Camshaft Key location at the center of the Camshaft Sprocket Bolt in relation to where the Mark should be.
