2006 Toyota Matrix 2nd fuse panel location?

I am wondering if there is a second location for a fuse panel on my 2006 Toyota Matrix. The radio and cigarette lighter blew a fuse when charging a cell phone. There doesn't seem to be any fuse that would address those elements in the fuse panel under the hood, and I went ahead and checked every fuse anyway, but all were fin

The second fuse panel that you seek is under the dashboard, on the driver side (for a US car). This box is called the "JB1" (junction block #1), and contains several relays in addition to the 15 amp "CIG" fuse that you need to replace.
Hope this helps, and thanks for choosing FixYa!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Car has no power after changing fuses with car on

If your vehicle was running while you
changed a fuse, you may have fried the computer.
Try disconnecting the positive(red side) cable on your
battery. Desconnect it for about 5 or 10 seconds
then reconnect it. This will reset everything.
That is, if you didn't fry the system. You might
want to check that fuse you replaced. For future
reference, only change fuses with vehicle off.

I bought a subwoofer for my toyota Matrix 2006. On different forums, it is suggested to plug the sud in the instrumentation panel (with a 15 amps fuse). I bought the fuse, I know where and how to install...

A more detailed problem description would yield you a more specific/helpful answer.

I'm not sure if I fully understand your question. But you should be able to find an accerssory plug/blade in your fuse-box. Connect your power lead there.

Replaced fuses in my 06 Matrix. Radio and clock are still dead.

The 15 amp dome fuse is in the fuse box under the hood and the 15 amp CIG fuse is in the lower finish panel up under the dash on the drivers side. These are needed for the radio. The above fuses and also the 15 amp Gauge fuse in the box with the dome fuse under the hood are needed for the clock.
So...since both are dead it is likely to be 1 of the first 2 fuses mentioned.
