Question about 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
The windshield wipers do not work. One day they just started going by themselves without us turning them on. Now they don't come on at all, we had to take the relay out because the Washer fluid had just started shooting out without us touching anything and without the car being turned on.
As it turns out, there is a recall On 2002-2003 Chevy Trail Blazer's
NHTSA No. 04V046000
Recall Date: Feb, 4th, 2004
Call your dealer to see if this is still under the recall to be fixed.

I had the same problem on my 2003. It turned out that it was a factory recall, because the wiper motor was not properly shielded from moisture and would start shorting out causing intermittent and eventually no wipers. I'd check with your dealer about a recall.

go to a service station with an air compressor and with the air turned down to about 20 lbs blow into the washer top small hole to force fluid thru the hoses, not a lot of pressure so you blow hoses off or rupture something

get someone else to feel if the eletiric pump on the bottom of the fluid bottle is working.
other faults see if the lines going from the bottle to the nossils are not cut or split check the nossils are not blocked use a pin of some type.

When you pull the lever to activate the windshield washers, do you hear any type of sound coming from under the hood? A whirring sound should be heard from the little electric pump that feds the washers.
If you can hear the whir, then you should look for a possible clog in the washer hoses (there is more than one...).
If you cannot hear the whirr, then you should check the fuse that protects the windshield washer circuit. Check your owner's manual for the location and correct amperage for this circuit.
