Hello! I would only add the the wire colors, at the switch, are Violet and Yellow and will show shorted (correct operation) when in Park or Neutral for an automatic and Black/White and Black/Green for the Clutch Start switch for manual...Guru....Saailer

Have a 2005 grand-am will not turn over everything works check starter, battery and fuses. could be a neutral switch bad


Not sure but the one way you can check the neutral safty switch is to put the car in netral and try to crank it and if it cranks in neutral its the NSS if not its something else.

well does the key go in does it turn to the start pos? if the dash dost power up its because the switch is bad if it will power up but not start it can be becuse of the resitor chip depends on what is going on if you cant get power its becuse of the switch
