Question about 1995 Saab 900
I have a 95 saab se all the fuses are good and we jumped the fan to see if it was good and it is the climate control seems to be operating fan speed indicator goes up and down temp control goes up and down but the fan does not go on and i don't here the ducts operating either does anyone have a clue what can be wrong we also swaped out the climate comtrol with another one it still didn' t operate the fan am i missing a fusable link some where or a relay ??

Sounds very much like the cabin fan speed controller which is about $120.00 at SaabSite. It is mounted on the evaporator housing in the passenger footwell. You will have to remove the center console side panel and the panel beneath the glovebox to expose it. It must be mounted with thermal transfer paste to ensure that the contact with the heat sink is maximized. Here is the controller:
