I do not know the codes but have been told "vacuum leak"? Mechanic thought gas cap might be loose or the O ring in cap may be dry-negative. Hope this may help some.

Where to find a fuel pump pressure buffer module?

Let me answer the last of your letter first.
The place I look for vehicle information is Consumer Reports. Unfortunately , they say your best bets are Honda's ( some) and Toyota's (some).
This is not because they like them, it is because they "break" less often.
They really do.
Consumer Reports also say you car is prone to break a lot.
And, you see, it is true.
I have have all kinds of cars in the last 50 years, and their information is true. (I maintain about 10 -12 cars.)
Next, mechanics.
Cars today are so complicated few mechanics can keep up with them.
Next, ball joints.
If yours are failing that often, perhaps you should be aware that some have grease fittings in them, and will not wear out for many years.
If the new ones you have been getting have no grease fittings, you need different ones.
NAPA dealers sell the ones with grease fittings, and those need lubrication with a grease gun once a year for regular driving, or 2 -3 times a year for muddy, or off road driving.
God bless your efforts.

Truck dies, acts like it is getting to much fuel, used a quarter tank of gas in 8 miles

Clogged Gas Filter

Worn out & Blocked Exhaust Converter

Bad Ground at Fuel Pump

The different gas gauge readings would indicate a ground
issue with the sending unit in the fuel tank & possibly the
fuel pump shares the same ground or it is worn out.

I would check fuel pressure with a gauge & the fuel may be
there, but not enough volume

A fuel pump can last 4 years or 18 years

Fuel filter 1996 buick 3800

Sounds more like a worn out fuel pump that binds up

The fuel filter if totally clogged, would drop pressure
& it would be slow to get from 20 to 50 mph,not the
problem I don't think.

You do not change parts to see if that will solve something

You surely know if the filter is over 4 years old

Your Exhaust Conveter if origninal ,problem or not
is totally shot, they only last 12 to 14 years.

You have to check the TPS Sensor & may other things

I hope you don't just go years until your break down,
because the car has been good to you

That makes diagnosing things more time consuming, as you
have no preventative maintenance history
l
I would have a fuel pressure gauge put on it

93 Deville, 4.9L, 113k miles. I'm a decent mechanic (have replaced engines, heads, etc.). The latest problem is an intermittent stall. The first time it happened the car was driven for 10 mins then...

Now you can do the Fuel Pump

They seize up mechanically and fail
Electrically

Did you drive with a fuel pressure gauge,
taped to the windshield

Got a good fuel filter

Looking won't help you

Always do some type of testing,
before replacing anything

Will a 1995 Chevy Blazer fuel pump work in a 2000 GMC Jimmy? If not, what years are compatible with a 2000 GMC Jimmy?

That depends on the engine and fuel system. For example, throttle body runs around 12 PSI as where fuel injection (Injectors on each cylinder) can run up to 40 PSI. Run the pump that fits your vehicle!
