Question about 1995 Pontiac Grand Am
When you turn the key off the radio, dash lights and shift indicator light goes off but the engine stays running.I replaced the electrical ignition switch but it didn't help
This Is A Challenge Here WoW, ok My First Suggestion is to Start it then turn off Ing. Sw. Eng Still Running Remove Fuses 1 by 1 Put em back in as you go. What Im getting at is Thers A SHORT TO Power Giving the ECM or Cam/CRANK Sensor Power To See the Signal from Cam or Crank It Only takes 5 Volts for ECM to Stay Active. When you Get to The FUSE that Turns OFF Engine THAT'S The Circuit that is SHORTING to Power and Thus Letting Engine Run. After Locating the Problem Circuit You must trace it Down . This is a FIRST for Me in 30 yrs so I Truly Hope This Points you in the Right Direction Feel Free to Ask More Questions of me I Would LOVE to Find Out This Ones Ending. Again I Hope This Helps , Good Luck . rejakwilson
