it is happing with all stations. i guess it has nothing to do with the filler nozzle. is there any vent outlet in the gas tank to allow air to vent when filling gas. it looks like the air has not way out but the same filling inlet.

The problem is a blocked fuel tank vent line. Blow out the little vent right next to the filler neck and problem solved. Spiders in the little tube!!

The fule tank vent tube is blocked/clogged. It's the little hole next to the filler hose that invites spiders that clog it up. Blow out the tube and it fixes the problem.

I dropped my fuel tank on my 2001 Ford F150 5.4L v8 to replace the fuel pump and ever since then I've had issues filling it up. Doesn't look like filler hose has kink in it or anything else could be causing the issue. It takes me an average of 20-30 minutes to fill up every week and it freaking fustrating. No matter the gas station it happens each and everytime I fill up. I have to hold the nozzle and let it pump slowly and even then the pump cuts off like it is FULL (it's NOT). This happens like 10 to 15 times while pumping on low settings. On high settings it spits the gas out at you... Please help with issue roxiekj@yahoo.com

Have you tried to reposition the filler nozzle to no avail?
I have this problem with certain filling stations nozzles.
I went so far as pulling the fuel tank filler hose that goes from the tank to the filler thinking there was something in there that was restricting the fuel flow while filling.
Some filler nozzles work well , others at the same station don't. So I have to use the one pump that works when I fill up my van... or , like you... babysit it for 10-15 min.

none that I am aware of. The filler neck is big enough to allow the vapors (and presumably air)to escape around the nozzle (the boot on the new new nozzles is a vapor recovery item).
The other thing it could very well be is someone tried to siphon your tank and their hose broke off in the filler neck.
The filler hose isn't that hard to remove... just ease the hose clamp off and twist the hose while pulling it off of the tank. You can inspect its innards then and remove any obstruction you may find.

Strong gas fumes coming from 2001 windstar

The "cause" would be a fuel system or EVAP system leak. If the fumes are that strong, then I would take the vehicle back to Ford again and make the sevice manager stick his nose in it and then tell you there is no problem....

I believe you want to know engine oil capacity? It is 5 and 3/4 quarts, which includes the oil filter. The gas tank capacity is 25.6 gallons.

E85 fuel in regular gas tank of 2001 Ford Windstar

its hard to say why the engine is running poorly, and though it may be fuel related (bad gas) i dont believe ethanol is the cause. when was your last fill up? how many miles have you driven on the last fill up? when did your vehicle start acting up?

I need now where is the fuse that say how much gas i hAVE

well usually when a fuse is blown the cluster (speed, rpm, gas, water temp.) goes out not just the gas guage. it is more than likely the floater, located in your gas tank, has a hole in it and it has filled up with gas and sinks to the bottom which in return says that u have no gas. had the same problem with a 93 ford ranger.
