Question about 1999 Volvo S80
I just recently replaced the bat and the car still swill not turn over . just bought it non running and they said it might be the fuel pump but i hear it running . so would i have to get the starter tested or can i run a remote switch from the little g/r wire and the main pos on the starter and try to tun it over?or is there a relay some were and were would it be email@example.com
Most likely you are having a problem with the immobilizer. Each ignition key has a transponder that is recognized by your car only, for theft prevention. Perhaps the key is not programmed into the vehicle memory or there is a fault with the system.
