Jim here. 1st off, I want to thank you for your prompt responce. After reading your very technical responce I realized that I did not have what it takes to remove the seat then the cover, repair and reinstal my leather seat from my 01-Ram. As I am disabled and would have to get some help to do most of what is required to fix the heated seat the proper way. Can I purchase the correct size carbon fiber heating elements for the bottom & back of my seat secure them to the seat, attach the wires to the correct harness under the seat that is controled by the dash switches? Then instal a sheepskin cover from the local autozone? As I am getting to old to spend the ??-amount of hours it would take to R&R as per your instructions. And then spend the next few days in bed on a Heating pad feeling miserable but, satisfied at a job well-done-LOL THANK YOU VERY MUCH Brrr Jim in WI
