Your thermostat is stuck open - if you replace that, you'll be fine (may as well have the coolant flushed as well, since you'll lose a decent amount of it when the thermostat is changed).

Have no heat just blows cold if you drive the car for 30 minutes or so it will get luke warm but its still cold any help?

Is your engine temperature gauge reading normal? If not it could be a Possible head gasket. If it reads normal then could be a clogged heater core. Best to have system flushed out.

While it doesn't seem likely, if you've changed, or had the thermostat changed.... I'd say you got a faulty thermostat. I am curious as to what your temperature gauge says the temperature of the engine and coolant is.. If your gauge is showing hot, I can think of two more possibilities... the water pump isn't pumping right... and, if the water pump isn't working right, the problem can be a cracked head or block, which can cause an airlock in the coolant system. Check the coolant or radiator cap.

Yesterday my temperature gauge in my truck was going crazy because it was low on fluid, but after putting fluid in it my gauge will not hardly go above 100 degrees, any idea what that might be?

your thermostat could faulty.when it stuck open it won't let the engine heat up to the right operating temperature and will be blowing luke warm to cold air out of the vents.have it replaced that should solve your problem

Car heater blows cold/luke warm air. Gauge only gets quarter warm.

is it where gage always has been? If lower, you need a thermostat. If same, you may have air tapped in heater system. fill degas bottle/reservoir and run engine with cap loose on degas bottle until air is purged.

Since your blower is working and it is a heat issue, thats where we'll start,First thing is have you checked the coolant level in the radiator when engine is cold, make sure it is filled to top, next verify you have coolant in reserve ,Start your van and get it up to normal operation temperature,If your heat gauge on the dash works correctly it should be 190 degrees,Now lift the hood and locate the two heater hoses going into the heater assembly at the fire wall,Both hoses should be hot to hold on to,if both are hot and no heat inside your problem will be the blend air door in heater assembly.
if neither hose is that hot you need to replace the thermostat in the engine to get it up to 195 degrees.
if one hose is hot and one is luke warm then the heater core is blocked and to blame. hope this helps y

Likely it has more to do with the door that controlls the airflow. Which should be operated by vacum might check and make sure all thevacum lines are plugged in.

Does the gauge in the car show it warms up?

Did you open the radiator cap and make sure the radiator is full of coolant? Sometimes the hose from the coolant reservoir to the radiator becomes plugged, and the radiator will become low on coolant even when the plastic reservoir is full. Low water levels will prevent the coolant system from getting hot water from the engine to the radiator or heater cores. This will cause the engine to run hotter while the heater appears to not be working.
