Question about 2002 Mitsubishi Galant
I have a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant and my Service Engine Soon light came on last night when I started my car. I have no idea what could have caused this and don't have the money to spend on figuring it out. I checked all of the car's fluids and filled the ones that were a little low. The light is still on. I'm not sure if this is related, but for awhile now my temperature gauge has been reading in the hot area, sometimes in the red zone when I am idling or going slowly when it's warm outside. It immediately goes back to normal when I drive at a higher, more constant speed. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? If not, does anyone recommend a good, honest, and inexpensive mechanic in the Santa Barbara area? Thanks!
It sounds like the cooling fans are not working correctly you need to take it in. or you will have very bad damage later. good luck
