To try and put ABS on a car that wasn't equipped with that option from the factory would be very hard. There are wheel speed sensors on each wheel and parts that need to go on your brake lines and an extra computer for the ABS system. Since your car wasn't equipped with ABS, the wiring for all the extra computers/sensors isnt on your van. The cost of such a conversion would be VERY high even if you did the work yourself.

1994 plymouth voyager wont start - dash lights turn on but no starter/solenoid sounds.

It could be the neutral safety switch, but if the starter was not working correctly before now, it could be the starter or solenoid.
You would need to check for voltage at the starter and work back to the key switch as needed.

Ok so I have a 1994 plymouth voyeger and I was wondering are the back brake drums pressed on?

No they are not pressed on. When the drum gets worn it is hard to get off of the shoes. I would smack it on the front of the drum and then the back. This should close up the shoes enough to get the drum off.

I hope this helps! Please check YES if it does! Thanks!

Dash and running lights does not work, everything

The fuse to the taillights/running lights?
It can't be a grounding problem if both taillights and dash don't work.
If only taillights don't work, it would be suspicious grounding.

Fixing brakes

Try bleading the brakes, sounds like you have in them. Than the ABS light should go out & you shouldn't have to worry about the fuses.

93 Plymouth Voyager Bendix-10 ABS failure. Chrysler will not acknowledge parts unlimited warranty for actuator piston and pump assembly per NHTSA Campaign ID Number 96V099000. What can I do?

I have had the same problem on two Chysler vans..(1993 and 1994).. the ABS brakes on these cars are the pits.. Dodge will charge you big $$$ to replace the whole unit (which will break again).. plus they don't honor LIFE TIME warranty... The solution..
Rip out the ABS..and put normal brakes in..it's not big deal and will cost about $150. You need a Brake Booster, Master Cylinder, Proportion valve and a Brake pedal... and a Saturday.. I've done it twice now.. I got all the parts (via the internet) from a junkyard in illinois (a common 'Kit" that they sell)
