I have a 1997 Audi A6 Q. I can only receive three FM stations and no AM stations. Not sure where to look for the attena?

Any thoughts

The antenna is located underneath the headliner on that model. I have the same issues. Get XM.

Its under the headliner. Pretty dumb. But at least its not an ugly fixed mast on the outside.

My 2004 Chevy Trailblazer CD play and AM radio works. My FM quit working?

Have you pulled the radio all the way out and make sure the attena is plugged in the unit itself. I would first make sure the new attena's wire is the same exact wire going directly to the stereo unit. Insufficiant grounding of the unit can also cause a weaker signal it will receive b/c it relies on it more as a ground rather than a clear signal receiver and alot of interference and static is transisted instead.

While my FM setting works perfectly, I can't pick up any stations in MW or LW. Any Advice?

Check with an Audi Dealer. There are some stations that went Digital along with the TV stations. Your receiver may be outdated.

My Audi A6 1,9 TDI starts and runs for 2 seconds, then engine stops. The display doesont come on anymore. Any idea. Many thanks

This sounds like an immobiliser issue, try a spare key if you have one, if not then disconnect the battery for two minutes and then re-connect and try that but if that fails the key will have to be recoded by an audi dealer, Make sure you have the radion code also before disconnecting the battery

Radio is glowing like it is on. Radio buttons don't respond.

the radio connections on the rear of the radio are not connected properly ther is a direct 12v feed supplying constant voltage instead of an ignition switched feed, maybe its the direct memory feed that keeps all your FM stations connected wrongly,,,

My car got a buster jump yesterday and now my screen doesnt work

Make sure you have the radio code found inside your model information packet inside your glovebox…it will be on the radio and communications pamphlet. It is in safe-mode right now, so press and hold the FM button and the scan button until 1000, or whatever number is stored in your safe mode, appears. Enter your code by selecting the pre-set radio station buttons until the corresponding number appears; press and hold the FM button and scan button again and your radio should be reset.
