Your fuel filter should be located under your truck along your frame. If you are still unsure you can always get under your truck and follow your fuel line from your gas tank forward. You will have your filter found in no time. I hope this helps you out.
The fuel filter is located on the drivers side under the truck its on the inside of the frame rail about where your feet set inside the truck maybe a little father back it a big silver looking thing about the size of a 15oz can of corn or gren beans.
replace the fuel regulator, its about a $50.00 part and takes about 15 minutes to change, but first relieve the fuel pressure and you can do it in a couple of ways, hitting the fuel pump shut off swith(inertia switch)until the red button pops up,but remember to reset it when done, located either behind the passengers side kick panel or under the carpet in the middle under the dash then start it to run it out of gas which there will still be a little bit in the lines,...or drain it at the valve to check for pressure it looks like a valve stem for a tire.
