Jetta GLI figuring it's a VR6 use a 6 mm allen socket to remove the drain plug to empty the oil and reinstall it. The use a 36 mm socket to remove the oil filter housing, replace the seal and torque it to 25nm.

How can I diagnose a fuel delivery problem on a 2003 VW Jetta GLI 2.8L

you can unhook the fuel line where it connects to the fuel rail and turn the key on and see if you get fuel but it's risky you don't want it to spill over the engine. you may just need a new filter or maybe an intermittent short at the fuel pump. could even just be the power supply plug for the fuel pump

I need to know the size tool to use to remove the caliper bolts on the back brakes on a 2002 VW Jetta wagon TDI - standard star sizes are not working.

They are Torx heads on the calibers, the parts store sells them in a 4-pack for German cars. You will need a special tool to retract the caliper pistons also.

Im replacing water pump on a 2003 vw jetta gli vr6. I need a polygon socket to remove the water. I looked few places no one had it including the dealership. where can i find it??

The dealer has one (owned by the techs) but they are not going to let you use it. They are not in the tool rent business. Any repair shop that works on VW will have one. If you want one you will have to buy it from a tool dealer, find a Snap-on or MATCO dealer in your area.

How to check transmission fluid level

Most 1995-on VW models don't have a transmission fluid dipstick for checking the transmission fluid level. To fill and check the level of the VW automatic transmission fluid you have to remove a plug on the side or bottom (location depends on model and if you have an automatic vs. manual transmission) of the transmission drain pan. The factory manual refers the expensive VAG 1924 special tool for pumping the VW automatic transmission fluid into the oil pan.
