If you have manual window cranks, you'll have to remove that. It's easiest to slide a rag down behind the crank and move the rag back and forth a few times. This will snag the clamp that holds the crank on. It's also possible that the crank might screw on also. If this is the case, there will be a cover that will pop off of the crank handle, revealing a screw. If you have power windows, try looking around the inside door handle. It's possible that there's a screw that you're missing in that area also. If there are no more screws of bolts holding it on, then it's just a matter of breaking free the little plastic clips that hold it to the door frame. Don't get discouraged if you break a couple of them...they're available in the "Help" section of any auto parts store for about $3/pack. Hope this helps solve your problem. Have a great day!

I am trying to replace the outside door handler and I need to know how can I remove the interior door cover

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can pull back the weather seal and disconnect the linkage to the outer handle and remove the bolts holding the outer hand on

Need a diagram of how the door panel comes off of a 95 chevy blazer. I need to remove the door panel to fix the lock assembly. Need to know if there are clips at the bottom of the door, or just the screws.

There will always be clips attached to the panel from the inside-after screw removal and window crank removal (window crank on mostly earlier models) You can start at a bottom edge with what i recommend a door panel removal tool-most auto parts store carry these. even if a clip falls out you can reinsert it.Also the door removel tool doubles as a window crank clip remover.

1995 Lexus SC300 drivers side window made a popping noise and now will not stay up. I removed the door panel and if I push the window up manually, I can roll it down but not back up. Anyone know how to...

the window regulator assembly needs to be replaced. remove the inner door panel and the insulating platic pannel. and remove the old unit, it use cables like that of your bike as a kid, the plastic pieces that hold them in place just go bad from time to time

If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

Replacing a outside door handle on 1995 hyundai accent

Hi

Please follow these steps :

1. Remove the 4 screws and the screw in the opening mechanism.
2. Remove the cap on the lock button.
3. Remove the mirror lever cap by pulling it straigt out. It is attached with one clip.
4. Remove the door crank by detaching the C-clip between the spacer and the door panel. It's tricky and somekind of hook could be useful.
5. Pull out the plastic clips. Be careful. I think a spatula could be a useful tool.
6. Move the panel forward and up to remove the opening mechanism from the door. Then pull the mechaninsm out from the panel, turn it and push it back through the panel.
7. At this point the panel should be removed and you can see the door speaker and the adaptor. As you can see the opening mechanism remains on the door.
To put the doorcrank back just put the pieces together in the picture and push it in position.

Good luck and Do rate the solution as FixYa if found useful.

Thanks
Rylee

Mits Mirage 1995, window stuck the motor runs, what to do?

those vehicles use a cable drive system, there is no quick fix, you just have to replace the regulator and motor assembly, just remove the door panel, unbolt the regulator from the window, remove the assembly from the door, and replace, should be no alignment or adjustment nesessary. you may be able to get the regulator without the motor, but trust me, it is worth it to do both together
