2002 laguna tourer, boot and glass tailgate wont unlock

I have a 2002 laguna 2.2dci tourer.
When I unlock the doors with the card all 4 doors and the fuel cap unlock but the boot doesnt. I have checked all the fuses and these are fine. There is nothing caught in the boot.
Please help me.

I have the same problem. When i unlock the car the doors & the petrol cap unlock ok but the boot refuses to unlock. Also the tailgate split window doesn't open & the rear windscreen wiper doesn't operate. When I manually open the boot the dashboard monitor shows its open, so i take it the boot is getting power? Any idea what the relays in the engine bay correspond too? Or any suggestions on the problem. Thanks

Thanks for all the help. I've now sorted the problem( by luck) I sprayed all the fuses & solenoids in the engine bay with WD40, removed the boot trim & checked to see if the lock was getting a power feed which it was. I inserted a small piece of wire into both ends of the terminal block & could hear the doors lock. Put it all back together & its now working fine. Not sure if the WD40 or the wire solved the problem but its working. RESULT !!! Paulhymas I would recommend a quick blast of WD40.

Gmars 70970 you problem looks like the earth connecton is missing / high resistance. The earthpoint is located below the left rear light cluster. you may need to run a new wire from this up to the inside of the tailgate. paulhymas you may well have the same problem. This is not a difficult repair but is time consuming as it requires removal of most of the trim from the left hand side of the boot area.

The location of the fuel door release

Hi Shelia that should unlock when you unlock the doors. Press the unlock button twice. If that's not working open the boot and under the carpet at the side the cap is on there is an emergency release for the fuel cap. They are usually clearly marked or a bright coloured cable. Regards Jim...

How I can unlock Renault Laguna (2006th) without card? My son closed the window by card, and put card on the seat.

You should have a spare key without a card, it just looks like an L shape simple straight key, on either passenger or driver side door there will be a key sign on one of the handle caps, or a small rectangular whole underneath one of the caps, remove the cap and you will see a normal lock enter that spare key and you are all happy days.

I can lock the doors on my 2002 renault laguna but can' unlock them with the key card

I presume you have the grey key card, do you have a second key card with the same problem, and when you press the the unlock button does it feel a bit flat comparison with the lock button, if this is the case then you're going to have to order a new card key from renault.
All working card keys must be present when reprogramming a new card because of the new code entered to immobiliser renders cards not programmed useless.
I Hope I helped to share some light on this matter.

I have a renault laguna all the doors unlock except the passenger door it doesnt even open from the inside.

You need to remove the door panel to find the problem, sounds like a lock solinoid is bad.

Renault laguna sports tourer 1.9 dci wont start

Try the relays under the bonnet fuse box 4 small black ones in a line, the first 2 from top cut of the fuel pump, and are a renowned cause of 85% of cranking without starting faults on the dci engine swap them over for the bottom 2 .
If it starts, buy 2 from Renault and fit
if the engine still fails to start the egr valve may be stuck closed starving the engine of air, its on the top of the engine at the air intake and has 3 bolts, remove it and clean it with carb cleaner then check its condition, if it appears ok, replace the cleaned one, if not you need a new one or the turbo will blow its seals and the engine will rev and burn on the engines own oil.
beyond this and your diy fixes are at an end without a obd2 code reader.
