Your radio is anti theft . you need to put in the theft code. contact the parts department at the dealer you purchased it from. they should help you for free but they can charge you. look in the owners manual your code may be generic. unless you or the last owner set a custom code. if the code is custom you will have to pay the dealer. hope its generic good luck.
