the low beam element has burned out in the light bulb itself - buy and install a new bulb,, this will fix your problem. ( your local auto parts store will carry the replacement bulb ).
IF THERE IS NO POWER AT EITHER LOW BEAM LIGHT SOCKET & YOU ARE SURE ABOUT THE FUSES, SWAP THE WORKING HIGH BEAM BULBS WITH THE LOW. IF THAT DOESN'T DO IT YOU NEED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE BEAM SELECT SWITCH, { DIMMER SWITCH } KNOWN AS THE COMBINATION SWITCH, UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL. CAN USUALLY BE DONE WITHOUT PULLING THE STEERING WHEEL. TEST BEFORE BUYING, MAY BE COSTLY. GOOD LUCK , DR.VOLT
CHECK THE BULBS, YOU MAY NEED TO REPLACE THEM, ALTHOUGH IT WOULD BE ODD THAT BOTH LOW BEAM SIDES OF THE BULBS WOULD BE BAD, ALSO CHECK YOUR FUSE BOX AND LOOK FOR THE LOW BEAM FUSE, MY SEDONA HAS ONE, YOURS MIGHT HAVE FUSED OUT
Possibly both low beam elements are burned out. buy just one and try it or test current coming to the bulb plug. this should tell you if its wiring problem or simple fix... chibasset
replace the headlamp bulb. I just had to replace both the headlamp bulbs in an '05 model. Neither low beam was working. You'll have to pull the whole headlamp assembly out, but they tell you exactly how to do it in the owner's manual. Hope this helps.
Left front low or high beam headlight: remove battery, remove weather cap, pop-off 2-prong connector, depress spring holding bulb in position, use inspection mirror if necessary, one end of spring is caught beneath a lip, Move spring past lip and lift up, it will rotate upward and is fastened on opposite side. Remove old bulb, install new 55 watt halogen bulb (H7-55) available at Walmart. Install new bulb with tang in slot at bottom, fold over spring and depress to hook end under latch point, install 2-prong electrical connector, install weather cap, turn about 1/8 turn to lock into position. Reinstall battery, clean terminals and cable ends, place new no-corrode rings (available from Walmart) around battery posts, install cable ends, and tighten.
Right front headlights: not necessary to remove battery, otherwise same essential procedure.
Note: Lower and upper beams all use same H7-55 bulb.
