Question about 2005 Ford Freestar
Our Freestar's driver side power sliding door won't properly close. It stops just short of latching and then it reverses operation back open. You can hear the latch actuator operate and then "bog down" before the door pops back open. To get it to latch properly we need to push against the rear of door (near the C pillar) during the end of the closing travel.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
