The squeak could be brakes or wheel hub/bearing. most likely it is the bearing and hub assembly, i would not drive it , take it to you local service station and have then replace or repair the hub assy.

My 2003 3500 Dodge Cummins diesel Turbo has a squeak in the front tire area that is only squeaky when I turn the wheel left or right very high-pitched squeak like rubber contact I hit a hole and now I have...

It's more than likely the ujoint in the front by the knuckle...You can jack your truck up and turn the wheel to the side it is squeaking the most. Turn the tire by hand and see what it feels like.If your u joint is bad it will bind when you spin your tire.

Makeing hard left turn or right turn front tires slide or vehl. acts like in 4wheel drive makes no noise when turning ether side drives very good

unless you are absolutely sure that it is not in 4wd --what you describe is the effect of 4wd on hard surface where there is a torque wind up in the drive train system trying to drive all wheels and not allowing a diff action to work

Front left tire clicking bad. its like left tire is in 4wheel drive

sometimes on these vehicles if you dont use the 4wd alot or if it is not disengaged or engaged properly you will develope a click. is there noticeable tire wear on the inside or outside of the tire? if so it could be bad ball joints these vehicles are infamous for it. other problems could be the cv shaft is going out or the differential

NOT a 4wheel drive...same sound and hubs/rotors are newish

sounds like a wheel bearing but to be sure jack up the truck and wiggle the tire from top to bottom if it moves then it is a wheel bearing

Clunking front hubs

usually the noise in the front end is the u-joints or cv joints out towards the tires.

Front-end noise

If the noise is coming from the right front when making a left turn it would be a wheel bearing if you can narrow down where the sound is coming from i would check that.
