Question about 1987 Ford Taurus
Look we had a taurus b4 and when the opportunity arose to have another ( no matter the year) we jumped on it... we have nothing but issues with trying to figure out why the book says, that where we found it was leaking, is called the transaxle and the person @ the auto parts store said that if its not 4x4 then there cant be a transaxle...HELP!!!!!
My husband and I both just got layed off and this is our only vehicle and we have 2 boys that are both in sports. We really need our vehicle. If there is something someone can tell us to help I would highly appreciate it. Thank You for your time.
Yes it is a transaxle! if the leak is at the side where the axles are you need to have the axle seal replaced. Depends where it is leaking
