Auto heat control (betwixt seats) seems to have died. It worked intermittently with the motor arc getting progressively shorter until...nothing. 1984 Porsche 911 Targa

hello there
In your car do you have a hand handles to operate the heat level or it is fully automatic?
If automatic there is sensor(heat)which controls the unit.
Can you give more info about it?

Hi,what fuel,(octane level) 1984 porsche 911

If you bought your 911 in the US, I think your compression ratio is about: 9.5:1, so, I would only use between 91 to 93 octane.
