I have a 1990 Chevy Beretta Gtz. I tried cranking it but the motor did not turn. I turned the motor by hand and then it crunk up for about 10 seconds. I tried cranking it again but the motor did not want to turn anymore but it just made a clicking sound and that is what it has done ever since.
First thing to do is check and see if you have a dead battery one easy way to do this is turn your headlights on and have somebody watch them as you try to crank the car, if they dim then you need to try charging you battery or replacing it if your headlights do not dim then most likely your starter motor has locked up or gone bad meaning you will need a new starter

Does the starter spin the motor at normal cranking speed? If there seems too much friction, try turning the engine over by hand to check if the engine turns freely. Put a socket and wrench on the center crankshaft pulley bolt and turn clockwise. If you cannot turn the crankshaft with a wrench easily, then the starter can't either. Turn the crank all the way around to check for something preventing cranking.
Is the battery still enough power to crank at normal speed? If it's already too low, recharge it, and try again.
Well the ignition module and coils get power from a 15amp fuse, and the fuel pump and injectors get power from a 20amp fuse. Have you checked the components for power and is the fuel pump relay working ?
a bad engine coolant temperature sensor will cause cold no start conditions.your coolant sensor main sensor during cold start condition because when engine coolant cold PCM will cause rich fuel mixture for cold start up when engine coolant and oxygen sensor warms up cause engine goo in close loop lean mixture.but coolant sensor is the main information sensor if bad it will cause many problems.
