Re: The front and rear windscreen washers have stopped...
Generally, the pumps will be located in the fluid resivors. Have some activate the washers while you listen for the sound of the pump. It will make a whirring sound. If the pump motor is running, the next step is to disconnect the hose from the pumps and with compresser air, gently blow through the hose. It is common the the hose or nozzles to clog.

The fuse box is located down or just above where a driver puts their left foot, under the steering well and below the coin box. According to ABMforum.com: "The front wiper rear wiper and washers are on separate fuses (15A WSH front and rear washers 25A WIP front wiper 15A RR WIP rear wiper)."
Hi, First check that you have wash liquid in tank. second make sure that it will not freeze by putting alcohol in your mix of water and soap. You can buy it already mixed at most service stations. Check pump for corosion on contacts. Good luck.
My wife has a 08 Fox and her front wipers stopped working it's just a fuse in bank 7 a 10 amp just replace with a new one or swap for the 10 amp fuse in bank 11 (just a warning lamp for the handbrake) until you get a new one. ;-)
sounds like it is the washer pump that is located on the tank itself it is what pushes the fluid out take a look at it do you see a blue residue around the lower end of it that is a common issue for those pumps to go out
1. check the fuse to the rear wiper motor
2. check for power to rear wiper motor at the motor (power wire going in to the wiper motor with rear wiper switch on)
If you have good fuses & have power going in to the rear wiper motor...
3. Pull old rear wiper motor and install a new rear wiper motor.
Thank you please drive thru......
