Question about 1993 Cadillac Eldorado

Wiper blades for 1993 Fleetwood

I need new blades for my 1993 Fleetwood. I can't recall the correct size but I do recall that the driver's side blade is shorter than the passenger's side blade.
The owner's manual is of no help.
Can you tell me where I can go to find out what size blades I need?
Thanks,
Steve

I need to replace the windshield wiper blade

The 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan takes 28" wiper blades on both sides front and a 18" rear wiper. See related links below for more information. Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just by length only - be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.

What size windshield wiper does this car take? First time needing to replace them since I purchased the car.

Hello: If you will go to Walmart to the automotive section where the wiper blades are there will be a application guide and in the year model column it will tell you what size the car takes.

I need to have 'step-by-step' instructions for replacing the driver side windshield wiper arm on my 2000 Ford Explorer. Can you help me with this?

  • Turn your wipers off, using the stalk on the left side of your steering column. Turn your ignition off and remove the key.

  • 2

Pull the wiper blade up to lift it to the service position. Pull the front part of the blade down to position it at an angle.

  • 3

Pull back the lock pin on the center part of the wiper blade (where it connects to the wiper arm). This unlocks the blade from the wiper arm.

  • 4

Grasp the blade on each side and pull it down (away from the extended wiper arm) to release it from the "U" clip.

  • 5

Repeat the process for the other wiper blade, if desired. Removing the driver's side and passenger's side wiper blade is the same.

  • 6

Install the new wiper blade. Open the lock pin on the new blade, and then insert it into the wiper arm "U" clip. Close the lock pin and lower the wiper blade to its normal position.

Unable to remove old wiper blades escort

    Hello,
There is a small lever on the back side that you can use a small screwdriver to press in while you pull upwards on the wiper. They also sell tools the pull up and press with the simple ease of squeezing the handles together. If you dont want to go at that extent, you can just simply use something to press the lever and pull.
    Hope this helps! -Steve

How do you change the windshield wiper blades on a 1996 ford bronco

The 1996 Ford Bronco takes a 18" replacement wipers on both drivers side and passenger side. Don't just go by lengths though - when buying windshield wiper blades be sure to always use the application guide book at the store or now-a-days you can Google 'lookup wiper size'.

You want to look this up because correct wiper fit is more than correct length, it's also proper attachement. Not all attachments fit all arms. Using the application guide or looking up wiper size online will avoid headaches of buying the right lengths with the wrong attachements.

The replacement wiper blades will come with step-by-step, illustrated instructions and once you have the instructions and the wiper blades/arms in your hands in front of you, it will all make better sense and will an easy maintenance task. Very simple and takes 5-15 minutes usually not requiring any tools.

If in your budget, upgrade to the newer-style frameless "beam blades" which perform better than conventional framed wipers. I use Trico NeoForm Beam Blades which are fantastic. Hope this helps!

    Front windshield wiper blades

The 2006 Toyota RAV4 takes a 24" drivers side, 17" passenger side and has a special 17" rear blade.

PS: Your question is about the front blades but if you address the rear blade too, this vehicle has what they call a "Roc Lock 2" rear arm. You can go to your dealer or I know Trico makes an "Exact Fit Rear Integral Blade 12-A". There may be others available too. I've got the Trico on my Jeep and it fits/works great.
