The light flashes and the seat does not warm. Eventually the light stops flashing. Any idea what could be causing this problem.

(bad factory design) First keep large items from under your seat make sure nothing is hanging down or loose check each wire manually softly wiggle from side to side and up and down if something is loose more than likely that particular wire is the problem under there second make sure your passengers aren't placing shoes /feet under you seat and kicking the sensors or motor. you may need to change the seat temp sensor it has a fuse in it that is going bad from wear n tear or from leaving heated seat on after exit and shorting out when you turn on vehicle may be cheaper to go to junk yard and replace your seat(s) electronics for about $15- $35 when you clip the sensor wires make sure you leave enough wire to work with when you install same thing leave some existing wire to work with and cap off any loose wires with heat shrink wire protectors or gel wire protectors also change your fuse for your seats heat feature located in the fuse panel box remember to disconnect your battery before performing any electric maintenance. now here is the trick you need to get some tie straps and strap everything you see under seat up away from pesty passengers feet and from anything you may place under your seat If this doesnt work change out your seats from Junk Yard the seat wires my have a short in them and you cant get to all of em without destroying the seat(s) integrity light flashes on low setting when turning heated s - 1ak+f4pj7cbm32cuniyi2gaaaaaelftksuqmcc

I have a 1997 Nissan atlas truck which has the exhaust brake light and glow plug lights flashing on the dash after starting the truck does anyone have an idea what that is caused by. Thanks

The glow plug light will stay on till warmed and the go out. Exhaust brake light should go out at the same time, when engine warmed. The glow plug light action is normal t stay on for a bit longer cause it's still warming and needs the heat from them.

I have a 1999 Lexus rx300 and a couple months ago the check engine light started blinking. Since then it takes a while for it to accelerate and has no power going up hills. Any thoughts or ideas?

when you get warning lights flashing, I would have thought that you would go to a service shop and have the fault codes read and have the fault fixed
it is what you should be doing now

Flashing seat belt light

There are sensors in some car seats that pick up if someone is sitting in the seat, when the car is started, the safety system will check that if there is a person in the seat, if so, the seatbelt has to be clicked to stop the light from flashing. I have found that if I have a heavy weight sitting on my passenger seat, the warning light will come on to say the seat belt is not fastened as it thinks someone is sitting there. It could be a faulty switch under the seat that is causing your problem.

Air bag light comes on and stays on. Never any accidents.

Had the same problem, found the wire disconnected under the driver seat (there is a yellow plug and with one red wire, which is fine, and one green wire, which is broken. Fixed the wire, light went off.
