Question about 2001 Kia Sportage
My girlfriend has a 2001 sportage auto, it jumped time, to make a long story short I ended up putting it back together after it had been torn apart. I got the timing belt on it and it runs great.
It has one small vacum line stem coming off the intake manifold. It also will not shift gears when going down the road. I think thevacum line may solve the problem.
I have now idea what it could hook to, or what could make the transmission not shift, it must be missing a connector or something but I can't find it.
any idea on what woud cause this or if it is the vacum line where would it go to?
I have searched on line but can't find any schematics or aything that would tell what to look for.
Get a manual for the vehicle. the vacuum line schematic will be in it.
