There could be many reasons for this but here is a very common one.

It may have oil leaking into the distributor. When your car cools the oil drains out. When it warms up, oil is pumped back in and it begins misfiring.

There are two o-rings on the distributor. One is on the outside where the cap bolts on and the other is inside on the rod going into the engine.

When these o-rings come in contact with oil and heat up they begin breaking down. They start letting oil into the distributor which gets on a lens and makes the vehicle misfire.

To correct this you have to pull the distributor, clean the oil out with an electronics-safe cleaner and replace the o-rings.

2007 murano runs rough at cold start then runs fine

misfire can be from plugs and also from injectors. It it is fine when it warms up I would be looking at injector tip problems from the cold.

Misfire warm

Possible an injector leaking down, saturating cylinder and spark plug., causing a misfire on startup and clearing up after it runs for a while.

After my 94 plymouth voyager 3.0L gets to runnig temp it misfires and stalls once in gear.It runs fine when its cold. I did a tune-up and still have the same problem

Have fuel pressure checked when it starts to misfire/stall and driving down the road at normal speeds.
Not unusual for fuel pump to run at proper pressure when cool, but lose pressure when warmed up. If it's only running bad when off accelerator and stopping or turning and runs down the highway good, remove and clean AIS/IAC motor. ( idle speed motor ) Once cleaned, if it runs better for a while then starts to act up again, replace it.
