I have changed the battery and the starter on my 2001 dodge stratus coupe 2.4L SOHC VIN code G and it still will not start. I only hear a click when i turn the key. So if anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it.
First you want to make sure your engine is not seized, do this byy taking a wrench and turning the engine manually with the crank shaft, thats the one all the ay on the bottom, if it does not move your engine seized.
if it is not seized, check all of your battery cables to make sure they are not corroded or greasy, as an extra measure you may want to clean the neg cable at the block to make sure it is getting connection.
