Question about 1997 Nissan.5 Altima
When I first go out to start up my 1997 Nissan Altima and put it into Reverse or 1st gear it wants to die, and sometimes does. The first 2 miles this car run rough, however, then it stops and the problem doesn't show again until the next morning. The dealership said they "think" its my transmission, however, my neighbor heard what it is doing and said no way is it the transmission. The transmission does not slip or act funny at all. This is an issue that started a few months ago and the dealership doesn't know what the problem is - does anyone know anything about this out there? Thank you!
Check your motor mount and make sure you let your car warm up b/c mine does that and if i let it warm up it works and when i replaced the motor mount it worked much better Does it shift rough???
