It is likely the rubber hoses that go between the fuel acumulator, fuel pump, and fuel filter.
Be sure to use the proper size of neoprene fuel line designed for high pressure fuel injection systems.

You can buy the fuel pipes and if you are handy with tools, you should be able to do the repairs. Source the pipes from motor factors.
