There should be an access port under the back seat (buttocks cushion). Remove back seat and you will see a round plate. Under plate is fuel pump. Recommend buying repair manual for the car at an auto parts store before starting.
Behind the dash, when you throw the lever to change which vents you want air to come through, it can sometimes "slip" over little plastic gears/levers which flip the ductwork to different vents such as floor to the dash vents or defrost. look up from under the dash to see if the vent control switch is actually moving anything underthere.
find the belts look at the pulleys there should be one with a yellow neck on the other side of the pump with a metal line coming out of the side of it. theres a lid turn and lift
