I would venture that your exhaust is contacting the bodywork ot the frame. Have you checked that?

What's the noise? Why did you replace the old ones? Squeeking is normal especially if they were made of poly instead of rubber.

Hayaco350, Who did the original diagnosistic work up on your problem, and why were all (4) motor mounts determined to be defective?

One wonders if a shotgun approach was made to eructate the problem, which may have been put ahead of the correct diagnosis.

I would suggest going back to the diagnosis board, this time equipped with my good 'ole trusty tool, the mechanics stethoscope and do some sounding with the engine running, and do the sound loading with the aid of another person. Loading referring to the process of having someone place the vehicle in gear, with their foot on the brake, while you listen with your stethoscope under the hood.

Be careful and use caution while doing this. A broken motor mount will allow the lifting of the engine on one side or the other, and even if both motor mounts were broken, you would see the engine lift.

Motor mounts when broken allow the engine to move when you put it in gear and hit the gas...it's a muffled clunk sound. If your sound happens in drive and reverse with a normal idle WITHOUT hitting the gas you might have an axle problem...CV joint worn out. Lots of clicking in turns under light acceleration.

How do i fix the vibrating noise/feeling especially on the left hand side of the nissan bluebird sylphy?

If the noise gets worse making a right turn, then goes away or close on a left turn. It is a wheel bearing. If it an engine mount. Put a jack under it and lift the engine slightly. If the vibration goes away. I suggest you replace all the other mounts.

Road noise 2006 Mitsubishi lancer vrx

I bought a Lancer VRX last month and it got a clunk sound from the front end as u turn or reverse 4/5 times from the drive way. I wrote a email no reply from Mitsubishi. But i was able to get the car in for a check up today with Preston motors Dandenong. The mechanic went for a test drive with me and he heard it too and i have recorded the sound too. Still not fixed after coming home. Really appointed feel like burning this car down now. After spending so much on a brand new car and time dropping the car off for inspection this is what i get. Any one who is planing to buy a lancer be careful. Id rather go for a toyota I made a bad decision by buying this car. its only down 1200km
I feel like taking the car to the local mechanic and getting it checked.
When i bough the car it came with 2 screws missing as they removed the door panels for tinting. got that fixed. Today i got the 1st free service done but they forgot to reset the service time indicator. Any one else with a vrx having this problem please message me on nissanfb@yahoo.com
so we could look into this matter as a team. They only want our money after that its our problem. I' am so upset right now i don't have the luxury of time to take this brand new car back and forth for problems. Not to mention the amount of road noise. I could have put up with that if not for this suspension issue.

I have a 2006 Ford Fusion, 4 cylinder. Rough

please say you did not get the engine steam cleaned...as you can cost yourself a LOT of money.hopefully the heat will dry things out, otherwise get the car put on a diagnostics machine.

I have a 1999 buick regal. front end noise

Most often the problem with front wheel drive models and this type of symptom ends up being a loose or broken motor/tranny mount. I'm sure there are a few shops around where you are at that might put it on a lift and check undernethe for free or a small fee. Also, if you have a floor jack and have the time you could check yourself, just look for anything that seems broken/cracked, and look at ALL the rubber componenets for wear and tear.

My engine is jumping when i put my car in drive?

if you mean that it feels like the engine lifts up and slams down again, check the motor mounts for at least 1 to be broken.

Since lift kit install front brakes grabbing 08 titan 2wd

Did your lift kit come with new extended brake lines?
You mentioned the brakes feel like they are "on" and you can't pump up your pedal anymore. That makes me think that like most lift kits, nothing is provided to re-locate the rear rubber brake line that is mounted to the top of the rear differential. It may be stretched so far that it's kinked on both ends allowing fluid to the rear brakes thru hydraulic pressure but not being allowed to release on it's own. Just a thought. Good Luck!

Vibration through the car Transmission-motor Linkage?

Check to make sure both headlights are tight,,,when it rattles at idle go feel the headlight and hold it and see if the noise and vibration goes away, sometimes the headlight has too much clearance and causes a massive vibration,,if thats not it try...loosening all the motor mounts and rock the car back and forth and them retighten them,it reseetles the mounts and sometimes fixes the issue,,also check the lower engine and trans mounts for wear.

Motor mounts toyota 1996 le 4 cyl

Hi i believe this a clearance in the inner driving shaft, onece if it has clearance it will make noise when u want to lift, is not a problem of mounts this time around, check the inner shafts of both side, either u replace the cross or the set with cross completely the noise will go.
