Is the Check Engine light on? Please advise. If so, have you had the vehicle scanned for codes, the reason for the light?

So maybe I had a similar problem, 1999 solara V6, the car would loose power at times while driving and then it would be good for the rest of the day. I took it to dealership and they initially charged me $600 for EGR related stuff. Did not fix the problem. I took it back and it took them a week to fix it. The problem they told me was spark plugs. This car needs special platinum spark plugs. I have not had any problem since and it has been a couple of years now. Good luck.

Engine stalling

The sulfur smell is usually low grade gas or a problem with the catalytic converter.
In your case I would go for bad gas, especially if the problem just started happening recently. You can try adding premium to the tank and drive it out. You may have to replace the fuel filter once or twice if the gas has water or other contamination.

check O2 Sensors, add a product called Ametech restore at next oil change, this does wonders for your vehicle, improved my BHP & MPG threefold , also as you say it smells bad (Like rotten eggs?) this will be the catalytic converter, either replace or add a product called cataclean to the fuel & take it for a run, It literally cleans all the **** fro the catalytic converter removing that rotten egg smell

I believe im having a problem with my fuel system i put new spark plugs and wires and rotor already but it still has high idle or no idle at all it wont start at times or just dies as im driving. and when...

the rotten egg smell is a catalytic convertor going bad. here are a few symtoms.--- you should notice a drop in power and also a higher running temperature, also at night you may notice a slight glow from this thing if its heating up,it will also loose power ,on any kind of a hill or small incline it may idle rough from time to time also, there are several warning signs of one going bad ,if your in doubt about it,you can have it checked, they can drill a hole in it and check the back pressure on it,this will tell you if its going bad, this is actually the best way to check it out. have a good day !!

When I come to a stop the cabin fills up with fumes that smell just like natural gas. This happens 100% of the time and is very strong at times. Any suggestions?

Your vehicle is brand new and that is your exhaust converter
It will eventually go away. If you go up hills,it gets real bad, as it heats up more.
If it continues for 6 months, have the dealer check it out, under warrantee

In the last month car has had three occurances where it runs rough and rumbles. When it happens the car smells like maybe something burning or rotten egg. The temp gauge has been fluctuating at 150,...

Is it a sweet smell or a burnt oil smell? If you are having fluctuation water temps then I would look into the cooling system. That would not explain running rough though. Check your plugs, wires coil pack and fuel pressure.

Rough start, smell gas

For the RPM's jumping up and down i would replace the throttle position sensor. If it smells like bad gas or rotten eggs these are signs that the cat. converter is going bad. For the poor gas mileage replace the fuel filter.

If it smells like rotten eggs, or coal gas, the catylitic converter needs replacing. If engine light comes on after the change 10 to 1 the 02 sensor went bad.
