Question about 1994 GMC Jimmy
We bought this in March and everytime we first start it up and get to a stop sign or light it has no problem getting up and going, but after you hit your next stop somewhere, and you get up to go and it takes forever to get up to the speed you are suppose to be,but if you come to a stop and drop it from overdrive to 1st gear and back up it has no problem getting up and going at the speed it is suppose to.Could it be the transmission or something else?
It could be several problems. MAF sensor, EGR valve, Map sensor. All these indicate that too much air and not enough gasoline is passing through.thats what it seems like to me. get it scanned and post the code.
