First my 2002 grand prix some of the windows will not work. This doesnt bother me as much as first my car started having problems at hills and going over 70 then it slowly turned into going over 50 now I can barely get it to go over 40 at first then after I drive it it will be somewhat better until I get to a hill. I have changed the fuel filter and this was not the problem. It was saying catalyst 1 misfire when I would take it to auto zone and have them hook it up to their thing. Then all of a sudden the blinkers and brake lights will not work. I have checked all of the fuses and bulbs and none of them are bad....any suggestions would be great
First thing to do is fix ther misfire for number 1 which indicates cylinder number 1 here you will either have a bad spark plug or a bad plug wire, or at times a bad injector or even a bad valve any way the first thing to do is to replace one plug and see if that took care of the misfire and then the next thing to do is to replace the catalytic converter, since it has colapsed or partialy clogged up it is not allowing the exhaust gas to escape instead it is backing up into the engine and you experience loss of power,
