Usually on the drivers side kick panel or directly under the steering wheel. There should also be one under the hood on the drivers side.

If the windows work from drivers switch it will not be a fuse problem. It will be the lock out switch is bad. If my memory serves me correctly on this vehicle it is actually part of the master switch and you cannot get it separately.

The windows are fused directly, they are operated by a computer module known as the "GEM", all the body electrical functions are controlled by this central module, it is fused by about 4 different fuses, but it is very unlikely a fuse is the problem as if it was you would have allot of things not working, windshield wipers for a start as well as the washers. This module can be tested with a special tool that prompts it to operate the many accessories it runs, It then returns fault codes for what is not functioning correctly. More than likely you have a defective GEM control module.
