Question about 1988 Chevrolet Blazer
I have an 89 chevy full size blazer and had the same problem after 24 hrs the injectors release the remaing fuel back to the tank so they have to be reprimed if have kill the battery tryin get a jump but shouldnt have to if the battery id stonge enough,when starting the engine up after 3 days the gas has to start from the tank when u turn the key on it only primesthe fuel pump and the pump works on puleses ,hope this helps

Try checking those sparks again. It could be a weak spark not enough to start your engine.
Make sure also that you have fresh gasoline, as gasoline or diesel looses it's effectiveness after a long time.
